I don't like rules too much but here are some;
1) Have to have something in common
2) Is pretty active in posting, I like to read my friends journals.
3) Doesn't add me just to increase your friends number.
4) Add me first.
5) Comment this post. I wont add you just because
you added me.
6) Fill this out (you don't have to, but it would be nice)
